2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect account data, order and billing data, license data, support messages, attachment metadata, email delivery records and technical security data.

3. How we use data

We use data to create and secure accounts, process purchases, issue licenses, validate activations, deliver updates, provide support, send transactional emails, prevent abuse and maintain the service.

4. Legal bases

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, our legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent where required.

5. Sharing and processors

We share data only as needed to run the service, comply with law or protect rights. Current infrastructure includes Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (payments), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics 4 (site statistics, loaded only after consent) and our hosting provider, whose servers are located in Germany (EU). We do not sell personal data.

6. Support attachments

Files uploaded to support tickets are stored privately and accessed through short-lived signed links after ticket access is verified. Avoid uploading secrets or unnecessary personal data.

7. Retention and rights

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or restrict use of your personal data. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; our lead supervisory authority is the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, www.ip-rs.si).

8. Security and changes

We use role-based access, private storage, signed URLs, webhook verification, row-level security and server-only service keys. We may update this policy as the service evolves.
