Software License Agreement — XO design WORKS

1. Scope

This Software License Agreement applies to XO design WORKS plugins, themes, side projects, downloads, premium features, license keys, update services and related documentation, unless a product includes a separate license.

2. WordPress and open-source components

Some XO products may include WordPress-compatible PHP, JavaScript, CSS or other components distributed under open-source licenses such as GPL or MIT. Nothing in this agreement limits rights you have under those licenses.

3. License plans

Lite / free: limited access to free product features and updates where available.
Annual: paid access to premium downloads, updates and included support for the active subscription period.
Lifetime: paid access to premium downloads and product updates for the purchased product, subject to product availability and these terms.

4. Site activations

License keys may include a production site activation limit. Local, development and staging activations may be treated differently by the license API and may not consume the production limit.

5. Updates and downloads

The update API validates the product, license status, site activation and entitlement token before returning protected update or download access. Premium access may be withheld when a license is expired, cancelled, refunded, revoked or used outside its limits.

6. What you may do

You may install and use the product within your activation limit, use it for your own sites or client projects you manage, and keep using installed software after an annual plan expires unless a feature depends on active hosted services.

7. What you may not do

You may not resell paid access, share license keys publicly, remove notices, bypass protection, overload APIs or claim XO products, design assets, names or branding as your own.

8. Support, expiration and termination

Support covers XO product questions, bugs and reasonable compatibility help. Annual access may expire if a subscription ends or payment fails. Refunded, fraudulent or abusive purchases may have licenses revoked.
