1. Who we are
These Terms of Service are between you and XO design WORKS, operated by Denis Malov s.p., Mlinska ulica 22, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia (tax number 14795914). In these terms, “XO”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to XO design WORKS.

2. What the service includes
XO design WORKS provides a studio website, product landing pages, customer accounts, downloads, license keys, update services, premium API functionality and support for WordPress plugins, themes and side projects.
Some products include a free Lite version. Paid products may be offered as an annual plan or a lifetime plan. Product-specific details, prices, site limits and included features are shown on each product page at the time of purchase.
3. Accounts
You need an XO account to access paid downloads, license keys, invoices, renewal controls and private support tickets. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Purchases, subscriptions and billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and the checkout configuration available to you.
- Lite / free plans: provide limited product access and may change over time.
- Annual plans: provide paid access for the current subscription period and may renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Lifetime plans: provide ongoing access for the purchased product version line, subject to the license agreement and product availability.
5. Refunds, support and licenses
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Product usage is governed by our Software License Agreement. Support is provided through product documentation, email and the private ticket system.
6. Acceptable use
You may not violate laws, attempt unauthorized access, share malware, abuse APIs, resell paid access outside the applicable license or interfere with service availability.
7. Intellectual property
XO design WORKS, the site design, product names, brand assets, documentation, non-open-source assets and premium service features belong to us or our licensors. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.
8. Third-party services
The service may rely on third-party providers such as Stripe, Resend and hosting infrastructure. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update products, pricing, plan names, APIs, documentation and these terms as the service evolves.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, unless consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
